Ingredients

  • 1.5 gallons water
  • 1 whole garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 crab boil bags
  • 1/2 c old bay seasoning
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 lime
  • salt
  • 2 lb of small new potatoes
  • 1 lb andouille sausage
  • 4 lobster tails
  • 2 lbs of crab legs
  • 4 corn on the cobs, cut in 3 pieces
  • 1.5 lbs shrimp (8-12 ct) unpeeled, deveined, tail on
  • garlic butter

Instructions

  • Add water to a large stockpot.
  • Add garlic, onion, crab boil bags, old bay, lemon, lime, and salt.
  • Cover and bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Add potatoes, cover, and return to a gentle boil, cooking for 8 minutes.
  • Add lobster tails and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add King crab legs and corn on the cob and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain the broth and add seafood boil to serving platter.
  • Serve with garlic butter.
