Green Smoothie Bowl

Green symbolizes growth and, for me, is the perfect way to kick off the New Year.

This smoothie’s flavor profile leans on the tropical side thanks to the pineapple, mango, and banana included here. And it is absolutely delicious!

Some tips to getting that thick and lush consistency that everyone loves in a smoothie bowl. You definitely must use frozen fruit AND limited amount of liquid. This recipe calls for 3 tbsp of almond milk and I tend to start with half of that and add more just to get the blender going.

You really can use whatever toppings you prefer. My go to toppings typically include: chia, coconut flakes, a seed or nut, and sliced fresh fruit.

Happy New Year!

Melissa
