Ingredients
- 1 c frozen pineapple
- 1 c frozen mango
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 c fresh spinach or kale
- 2 tsp raw honey
- 3 tbsp almond milk
Toppings
- Kiwi, sliced
- Unsweetened coconut flakes
- Raw pumpkin seeds
- Chia seeds
- Nigella seeds
Equipment Needed
- Blender
- Cutting board
- Sharp knife
- 2 small bowls
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until thick, smooth and creamy. Use a pusher to help the blender along.
- Split smoothie between two bowls, add toppings, and serve immediately.
