Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

The boys inhaled these pancakes! The apple topping is so good and actually would be amazing with a scoop of ice cream, crepes, or even on oatmeal. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

The pancakes are grounded with cinnamon and brown sugar and provide the fluffy canvas for such a decadent topping.

For variations, I sometimes like to add toasted crushed pecans or a small dollop of fresh whipped cream to really take it over the top.

If you try it, let me know what you think!
