Ingredients

RED

  • 1 c frozen cherries
  • 1 c frozen strawberries
  • 1 c frozen raspberries
  • 2 tsp beet powder
  • 1/2 c cherry juice
  • 1/4 c hemp hearts
  • squeeze of 1/2 lime
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup

ORANGE

  • 1 c frozen peaches
  • 1 c frozen mango
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 c hemp hearts
  • 1/2 in knob of turmeric
  • squeeze of 1/2 lemon
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Take frozen fruit out of the freezer and let sit for 15 minutes prior to making smoothie bowl.
  2. Blend the above ingredients in a high powered blender.
  3. Add your favorite toppings.
