PB S’mores Smoothie

A healthy-ish smoothie recipe to add to the repertoire.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c almond milk
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 c ice
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax and chia blend
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 medjool date of 1/4 tsp date syrup
  • 1 sc vanilla collagen creamer

To garnish

  • crushed graham cracker crumbs
  • marshmallow creme
  • cacao nibs
  • chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients (except the garnishes) to a high powered blender.
  2. Blend for approximately 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Pour in a glass and garnish with crushed graham cracker crumbs, marshmallow creme, and cacao nibs. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if indulging a bit but totally optional.
  4. Serve immediately.
