Ingredients

  • 1 c coconut water
  • 4 c fresh spinach
  • small handful of mint leaves
  • 1.5 c frozen pineapple
  • 2 limes, zested and peeled
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 inch knob of ginger
  • 1 tsp spirunlina or superfood greens blend (moringa, kale & wheatgrass)
  • Optional: 1 tsp MCT oil
  • Optoinal: 1/4 avocado - if you’d like to add some creaminess

Instructions

  1. Add the above ingredients to a high powered blender.
  2. To blend: start with the lowest setting and gradually move to the highest setting. Blending for approximately 1 minute until nice and smooth.
