This green smoothie is a great way to start off the week - especially if you need a bit of a reset after an indulgent weekend. Nutrient dense and delicious - it is quickly becoming one of my fave green smoothies.
I often double the recipe and keep in the fridge for me and boys for a couple of days worth of smoothies that the boys can just grab and go. It’s nutrient dense and great when we are running to after school programs. I find it a great way to get their greens in actually.
It‘s delicious and a clutch recipe to add into the rotation.
