Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 c salted butter
  • 2/3 c brown sugar
  • 2/3 c white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 c peanut buttter cups, coarsley chopped
  • 1/2 c good milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips
  • flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream the butter and sugar together, until light and fluffy (approximately 5 minutes).
  3. Add egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda together and add it to the mixer, mixing until just combined.
  5. Add peanut butter cups and chocolate (chopped and chips). Mix until just combined.
  6. With a cookie scoop, portion out the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. (Note: leave room for the dough to spread).
  7. Sprinkle with @maldonsalt flaky sea salt.
  8. Bake for approximately 12-14 minutes.
  9. Remove and cool on a cookie rack.
