Strawberry Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen strawberries
  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp Tart cherry concentrate
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • squeeze of 1/2 small lemon
  • 1/2 c milk of choice (I used full fat coconut milk)

Instructions

  1. Take the frozen strawberries and bananas out of the freezer and allow to thaw slightly (approximately 15 minutes).
  2. Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender, drizzling in the milk while blending.
  3. Scoop immediately and serve with your favorite toppings.
