Ingredients

RED

  • 3 c. Seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 c. Lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Honey or agave

YELLOW

  • 1 c. Champagne mango, chopped
  • 2 c. Pineapple, chopped
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Coconut water

ORANGE

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 c. Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Zest from 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp. Honey or agave
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla bean powder or extract

GREEN

  • 1 c. Milk
  • 1 c. Spinach
  • 1/4 c. Parsley or Cilantro
  • 1 banana
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Honey or agave
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger

PURPLE

  • 1 c. Coconut water
  • 1 pack of Pitaya purée (red dragonfruit)
  • 1 c. Frozen cherries
  • 1/2 c. Fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 c. of Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Blend the above ingredients in a high powered blender.
  2. Pour in popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
