Ingredients

  • 2 c almond milk
  • 2 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 c rolled oats
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp (ChefKFonville) Gin Gin Sugar or 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1 star anise
  • pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the above ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  3. Serves 2.
