Ingredients
- 2 c almond milk
- 2 frozen bananas, sliced
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp (ChefKFonville) Gin Gin Sugar or 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 star anise
- pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
- Add the above ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
- Serves 2.
