Ingredients
- 1 small Spanish onion, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and cut into quarters
- 8 garlic cloves
- 6 aji dulce peppers
- 1 small bunch cilantro
- 2 tsp white vinegar
- s&p
- 1/4 c olive oil
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until finely processed.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
