Ingredients
- 1 large frozen banana, sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 small dragon fruit, flesh scooped out
- 1/4 c frozen passion fruit
- 3/4 c choice of milk (coconut, almond, or even coconut water)
- 1/2 inch knob of fresh turmeric
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp honey
- Optional: plant based vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- To a high powered blender add the above ingredients.
- Blend: starting with the lowest setting working your way up to the highest setting until a smooth consistency is reached - approximately 1 minute.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with fresh fruit, and serve.
