Ingredients

COFFEE LAYER

  • 1 c cold brew coffee or espresso - cooled
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup

MILK LAYER

  • 1 c heavy cream
  • 1 c half & half
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup

Instructions

  • Mix together heavy cream, half & half, vanilla syrup, and caramel syrup.
  • Fill popsicle mold about 1/3 of the way up.
  • Freeze for 1 hour. Remove from freezer, and fill abut 3/4 of the way.
  • Cover and insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
