Ingredients
COFFEE LAYER
- 1 c cold brew coffee or espresso - cooled
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
MILK LAYER
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 c half & half
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup
- 1 tbsp caramel syrup
Instructions
- Mix together heavy cream, half & half, vanilla syrup, and caramel syrup.
- Fill popsicle mold about 1/3 of the way up.
- Freeze for 1 hour. Remove from freezer, and fill abut 3/4 of the way.
- Cover and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
