Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 inch knob ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch parsley, cilantro, or watercress

Instructions

  1. Wash all of the produce thoroughly.
  2. To prep the produce: core the apples, cut off the end piece of the celery bunch, and peel the lemon, if desired. I tend to leave the lemon peel on. Make sure to cut them into pieces that will fit easily into your juicer chute.
  3. Run the produce through a juice, starting with smaller pieces (ie. ginger, lemon, and herbs), juicier pieces (ie. cucumber and apples) and finishing with the celery.
  4. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
