An easy and base chia seed pudding recipe that makes for a healthy breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c chia seeds
  • 1 c milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients to a mason jar and stir to combine.
  • Cover with a lid and refrigerate for atleast 4 hours, ideally overnight.
