Blueberry Swirl Smoothie with Lavender and Açaí

So simple with just a handful of ingredients, super healthy, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 c fresh blueberries (plus more for topping)
  • 2 c frozen blueberries (slightly thawed)
  • 1/2 tsp lavender
  • 2 tsp acai powder
  • 1 c vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries, lavender, and açaí powder to a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add 1/3 of the mixture to the bottom of a cup.
  3. Mix 1/3 of the mixture with 1/4 c yogurt and add on top of the first layer.
  4. Mix the last 1/3 of the mixture with 1/2 c yogurt and add as another layer.
  5. Final layer: dollop the remaining yogurt on top.
  6. Top with fresh blueberries and sprinkle of lavender.
