Ingredients

PURPLE

  • 1 c blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/4 c coconut yogurt
  • 1 c almond milk
  • 2 tsp açaí powder

ORANGE

  • 1 whole orange, peeled
  • 1 c strawberries
  • 1 c pineapple
  • 1/2 c golden berries
  • 1-1/2 c coconut water
  • 1 tbsp camu + orange + acerola powder

YELLOW

  • 1.5 c frozen mango
  • 1.5 c fresh mango (I use champagne mangos)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1-1/2 c coconut water
  • 2 tsp maca powder

GREEN

  • 2 c spinach
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 inch knob ginger
  • 1-1/2 c coconut water
  • 2 tsp matcha powder

CHOCOLATE

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • handful of raw cacao nibs
  • 1 c almond milk

Instructions

FOR EACH SMOOTHIE

  1. Blitz ingredients in a high powered blender.
  2. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
