Ingredients
PURPLE
- 1 c blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 medjool date
- 1/4 c coconut yogurt
- 1 c almond milk
- 2 tsp açaí powder
ORANGE
- 1 whole orange, peeled
- 1 c strawberries
- 1 c pineapple
- 1/2 c golden berries
- 1-1/2 c coconut water
- 1 tbsp camu + orange + acerola powder
YELLOW
- 1.5 c frozen mango
- 1.5 c fresh mango (I use champagne mangos)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1-1/2 c coconut water
- 2 tsp maca powder
GREEN
- 2 c spinach
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 inch knob ginger
- 1-1/2 c coconut water
- 2 tsp matcha powder
CHOCOLATE
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
- handful of raw cacao nibs
- 1 c almond milk
Instructions
FOR EACH SMOOTHIE
- Blitz ingredients in a high powered blender.
- Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
