Mini Apple Tart

These are mini in size but huge on flavor - they’re delicious! My 11 year old came home from school and I was still on my way home and left him a note to have “A” apple tart (perks of being a mom of a food photographer). I came home to 1 left! haha Needless to say - he approves this recipe.

When possible, I try to make things easier for myself so I can whip something up on a moment’s notice. Keeping puff pastry in the freezer does just that and this comes together in under 1/2 hour.

The kicker for me really is adding that little dollop of apple cider jam or sauce at the bottom and the sprinkle of flaky sea salt on top that just really punches up the flavor in your very first bite!

If you try it, let me know what you think!
