Ingredients

  • 1 green apple, cored and quartered
  • 1/2 c frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 c frozen banana
  • 1/2 inch knob of ginger
  • 1 c fresh spinach or kale
  • small handful fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 c water

Instructions

  1. Blend the above ingredients in a high powered blender.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
