Celery Juice

Celery juice is a low calorie juice that is loaded with vitamins, help to lower blood sugar, and contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It’s also 95% water so it’s a great option for staying hydrated throughout the day.

You guys know I love my espresso BUT I have also found that when I drink a glass in the morning it provides a great energy boost for me!

You can drink celery juice, plain. But I find that my children like an apple and lime cut into the juice - it’s delicious actually.

An easy celery juice recipe to add to your juicing routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch celery, trimmed and washed
  • 2 medium green apples, quartered
  • 1 lime, quartered

Instructions

  1. Prep the celery by cutting off the base and cutting the stalks in half.
  2. Add the celery to a large bowl and fill with water to clean the celery.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Wash and quarter the apples and limes. Set aside.
  5. Run the celery, limes, and apples through the chute of your juicer.
  6. Pour in glass and serve immediately.
