Ingredients
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1 c milk of choice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a mason jar and stir to combine.
- Cover with a lid and refrigerate for atleast 4 hours, ideally overnight.
